3. How We Use Your Information

A. For Sphere Account users

1. Name and email address

Your name and email address is collected to help friends or developers identify you in Sphere Kit games or in the Sphere app.

2. Chats

When you communicate with friends or other users on Sphere, your chats are stored in our cloud so that they can be accessed from any authorised device. These conversations will not be used for analytics or advertising purposes.

3. Game usage

When you interact with games powered by Sphere Kit, some usage data (e.g. last active time) will be stored in our servers. These data may be used for analytics or targeted advertising purposes.

B. For Sphere Kit developers

1. Usage data

Metrics on your usage of Sphere Kit services and resources are collected for analytics and billing purposes.

2. Public beta registration data

Information such as your profession, organisation, purpose of using Sphere Kit, and other responses in your public beta application form may be used for marketing campaigns. Your data will be anonymised.

3. Data stored using the Sphere Kit Database service

All data stored in your game’s databases using the Sphere Kit Database service are stored in Project Quik or its subprocessors’ servers. We will never use the data in your game’s databases for analytics or marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
